The Corner #10 Ten commandments, ten bowling pins, ten numerals, ten years minus two, tenth issue. Apologies for not publishing last week. In the rush to get to Ithaca, I forgot to be creative. Cornell has had a way of doing that to me (or I have a way of thinking that it's Cornell that does that to me). Also, for the first time, I am including something I didn't write myself in this issue. It's one of my favorite songs, though, and I thought of it often while tromping around campus this past weekend. It's a familiar feeling I've felt when I read these particular lyrics. Maybe you'll feel the same. If for any reason you'd like to suspend your interest in receiving this electron vehicle at any time (loss of on-line privileges, change of address, marriage, politics, rash, chafing), just give a polite shout. Also, remember to have others you think might be interested in receiving this e-zine forward their requests (with addresses) to be included on the mailing list. |
